What you send
- Your Shopify orders export for the agreed period — order date, total, refund/test status. No customer data.
- Your analytics purchase report, same period, same timezone.
That's the whole ask. No admin login, no collaborator access, no ad accounts. Two files you export yourself, so you decide exactly what leaves your hands.
What comes back
The checkout doesn't lie.
Orders and revenue your analytics never recorded — timezone-aligned, refunds and test orders normalized on both sides.
Missing orders make your acquisition numbers wrong in the expensive direction. You get the corrected figure and the arithmetic behind it.
What's normal counting difference and what's likely broken. Every figure is reproducible from your two files. Where the files can't answer why, the deliverable says so plainly rather than estimating.
Short call or recording, your choice, included.
2–5 business days from the day both files arrive.
If your two records substantially agree — that's the finding, and that's what you get. I don't manufacture a gap. Worth knowing either way.
Terms, all of them
- $1,500, fixed. Not hourly. Due at the start. No call needed.
- Fixed scope: the reconciliation, complete. Ends on delivery.
- No retainer, no subscription, no ongoing obligation.
- Credited 100% toward a diagnostic within 90 days of delivery.
- Deeper diagnosis — finding the leaks, their causes, and what to do — is the separate diagnostic, from $5,000, offered only after delivery, only if you ask. Never bundled.
The complete engagement terms are one short page.
Right-sized for the question in front of you
If what you need first is the one number you can defend — to yourself, your ad platforms, or your board — start here. If you already know something is leaking and need it found, located, and priced, that's the diagnostic. Different questions, and this one comes off the diagnostic in full if you go on to it within 90 days.
