One Measurement Reconciliation, for one Shopify store: an independent comparison of that store's order records against your analytics record (Google Analytics 4) for a single agreed period — how many orders and how much revenue never reached analytics, what that does to your reported cost per order, and the likely causes. Scope is the reconciliation only.
$1,500, fixed. Not hourly. Paid in full at purchase. No call needed. The fee is credited 100% toward a Revenue-Leak Diagnostic agreed within 90 days of delivery. Deeper diagnosis — the location, mechanism, and prescription behind any gap — is that separate diagnostic, from $5,000, and is never bundled here.
Two exports from that store, sent by you — no account access: your Shopify orders export for the agreed period (order date, total, refund/test status — not customer personal data), and your GA4 purchase report for the same period and timezone. I request no admin login, no collaborator access, and no ad-platform access. You control exactly what is shared.
A short written reconciliation — the order and revenue gap quantified, the corrected cost per order, and the likely causes named, with the arithmetic shown and reproducible from your two files — plus a brief walkthrough, call or recorded, your choice. I send export instructions within one business day of purchase. Delivery is within 2–5 business days of my receiving both complete exports. The engagement ends on delivery. No retainer, no ongoing obligation.
Every figure is computed from your own two files, timezone-aligned, with refunds and test orders normalized on both sides. Where the files cannot answer a question, the deliverable says so plainly rather than estimating. If your two records substantially agree, that is the finding, and it is delivered as such.
I do not sell fixes as a condition of this engagement. If the reconciliation surfaces a gap worth chasing, the diagnostic is offered only after delivery, only if you ask.
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential. I retain no customer personal data — I ask you to export order-level aggregates, not customer records. I may describe the work in anonymized, redacted form in my portfolio unless you decline in writing (email to hello@good-spring.com suffices).
Goodspring LLC's total liability is limited to the fee paid. No indirect or consequential damages. Business decisions and outcomes remain yours.
Independent contractor relationship. Governed by the laws of Iowa. These terms and the order details in your confirmation are the entire agreement; amendments in writing.
