What gets fixed
Theme code
Names and labels, keyboard access, focus, contrast and the rest of what the check found, fixed in your theme's own code. No overlay.
Product data
Identifiers, prices, availability, images and structured data, fixed in your catalog and checked against your feed.
Policies
One return window, one shipping promise and one set of contact details, the same everywhere they appear.
When you need them: an accessibility statement for your store, and a VPAT, the accessibility report enterprise buyers ask for. When your orders and your analytics disagree, a reconciliation of the two can be part of the Sprint.
How we prove it
Before and after
For every fix: what the page did, what it does now, and the code or data that changed.
A screen-reader re-test
Every page we touched, tested again with a keyboard and a screen reader.
A re-scan
Your product data read again: the page, its structured data and the feed. Google re-evaluates items on its own schedule.
What you keep
Your logins
We work through a collaborator account you approve, and you remove it when we're done.
Your code
Every change is in your theme and your data, written down change by change.
The proof
The before-and-after record and the re-test, yours to keep and to show.
Nothing renews by default.
After the Sprint
Keel can keep watching your product data, if you choose it.
Goodspring Keel, our Shopify app, re-scans your product data and Merchant Center and tells you when something breaks again, from $19 a month once it is on the Shopify App Store. It is not part of the Sprint, and it cancels any time. Meet Keel
Every Sprint starts from a Store Risk Check.
$2,500 and one week, credited in full toward the Sprint within 30 days.
